Biography
Myriam Deru was born in Libengé (Congo) in 1954. She studied illustration at the Institute Superior of Grafic Arts of St Luc in Bruxelles. She has published around 40 picture books which ae translated in United States‚ Europe and Asia. In 1988 she won The French Publishers award for her serie «Aglaé». She took part in the scenery of the movie «Dédale». She loves nature and lives in the countryside with her two soons and his husband.
