Bernard Gheur was born in Liège (Belgium) in 1945. He studied journalism‚ and worked many years for various newspapers. He then started writing novels. With the support of the famous French nouvelle vague movie director François Truffaut‚ he published his first novel "Le Testament d’un cancre" in 1970. Since then‚ the author has been very successful and has fully dedicated himself to writing.
