The story takes place in Paris at the end of the 19th century. In the dark crooked streets of the Bièvre area‚ fear is everywhere… For a few nights now‚ a woman dressed in white‚ pale as the dead‚ appears at the river banks. After each of her visits a crime is committed. The "Enraged"‚ a gang of street kids‚ guided by their chief Clovis‚ want to go back to the sources of the story. So they start collecting clues to discover the true tragic story of the white lady. The novel immerses the young reader in a world of urban legends‚ thick fogs‚ and hidden secrets.
Age: 9–15 years
Novel‚ 12‚5 x 17‚8 cm‚ 200 PP.
