Stéphanie Blanchart was born in Gosselies (Belgium) in 1975. She likes drawing since her childhood. She studied illustration at St Luc institute in Brussels. She discovered there the illustration for children picture books. Her first album was published in 2000 by Mijade. She lives now near Namur (Belgium)‚ creating many little characters in her workshop.
