Nicolas Ancion was born in 1971 in Liège (Belgium). He published his first book at the age of 24. He writes novels‚ short stories‚ poetry‚ children’s books‚ plays‚ and radio fiction‚ among many other things. He is also a regular contributor of comic book reviews. Ancion has received numerous literary prizes‚ among which the "Prix des Lycéens"‚ awarded by a jury of students for his critically acclaimed novel "Quatrième étage". After living in Brussels‚ Madrid‚ and Liège‚ he moved to a village in the South of France‚ where he currently lives with his wife and two children.
