Emma de Woot was born on 15 th April 1960 in Liège (Belgium). She studied illustration at the St Luc Institute in Liège. For 20 years Emma draws for magazines devoted to children in Belgium and in France. She now illustrates books at Mijade. Emma has 4 sons and lives in the countryside‚ where she has a workshop filled with light.
