Diane Meur

Biography
Diane Meur was born in 1970 in Brussels (Belgium). At the age of 17‚ she settled in Paris to continue her studies in comparative literature and sociology. Her interest in social history of literature led her to focus on the "July monarchy" period and on popular literature of the nineteenth century. She translates German language‚ and is the author of novels and teen novels. Her book "Les vivants et les ombres" won Belgium’s most prestigious award‚ the "Prix Rossel".
