Christian Merveille was born on 7/12/49 in Ixelles (Belgium). At first he worked as a teacher and later started writing songs and stories for children. He is now a very wellknown singer for children in Belgium but people can also see his shows in France‚ Switzerland‚ Louisiane‚ Québec‚ Rwanda‚ Burundi‚ Zaïre and Vietnam. He has already more than 10 records (200 songs). As a writer‚ Christian publishs his stories for children in several French publishing houses (Mijade‚ Labor‚ Magnard‚ Casterman) as well as in magazines for children (Pomme d’Api‚ Dorémi‚ Dopido…)
He has winnen the award of Young Public in 1994‚ and one of his records "Chut‚ faut rien dire" is now Golden Record in Belgium.
