Benoît Coppée was born in Brussels (Belgium) in 1964. He was a nurse before entering the world of literature. Coppée writes song lyrics‚ directs writing workshops‚ and writes various literary genres for adults and teenagers: novels‚ tales‚ children’s rhymes‚ comic strip scenarios. In 1998 he won the "Fureur de Lire" Award for one of his novels.
